Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Makes 10 cups

Use this baking mix in place of wheat flour in a variety of baked recipes.

6 cups Argo® Corn Starch
3 cups brown rice flour
1 cup potato starch
2 tablespoons xanthan gum

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.  Store in tightly closed container.

Use this mix to make cookies, brownies, scones and pie crust.  All Gluten-Free recipes calling for Gluten-Free Flour Mix on this web site have been tested using this flour mix.
