Smokey Chipotle adds the right amount of heat!
Pat wings dry; sprinkle with corn starch in a large bowl coating completely. Deep fry wings at 350°F, 10 to 15 minutes, until wings are cooked through.
Combine hot sauce, butter, raspberry jam and chipotle chile pepper over low heat until butter and jam have melted. Drizzle over wings as soon as they come out of the fryer. Serve immediately.
